Graduation Application

When students are prepared to complete degree or certificate requirements, they must file the online Graduation Application form. The priority deadlines for completing the form are noted below.

• May 15 for students graduating in Fall term
• November 30 for students graduating in Spring or Summer term

Graduation applications must be submitted no later than the end of the term in which a student intends to gradaute. Failure to submit by the end of the graduating term will result in degrees being awarded for a later term.

Upon receipt of the graduation application, the registrar team will verify the student's eligibility for graduation and notify students of their degree clearance status in a timely manner.
