Liberal Studies - AA

Among private colleges and universities in Minnesota, St. Kate’s is a pioneer in offering adult students access to college degrees. For over four decades, St. Kate’s has had an academic division dedicated to serving adult students. The Liberal Studies AA program is designed to carry on that tradition. Liberal Studies draws on the institutional values of academic excellence, community, and integrity by working to empower students who would benefit from earning an associate’s degree.

Curriculum

The Liberal Studies AA degree requires in total 60 credits, with at least 30 credits in SHAS. The remaining 30 credits may be from SHAS programs or any other CFA programs at the institution. The Liberal Studies program requires students to complete at least one Writing Intensive course.
