School of Liberal Arts, Business, and Leadership

The St. Catherine University School of Liberal Arts, Business, and Leadership offers a comprehensive approach to the liberal arts, business, and leadership development. The School offers programs at the associate, baccalaureate, and graduate levels across a wide range of disciplines and learning experiences that prepare students for meaningful lives and successful careers.

Home to a vibrant array of more than 45 majors and minors, LABL houses signature St. Kate’s offerings, including the Antonian Honors program, the core general education curriculum, a leadership minor, and the Katie Leadership Impact program. Across all programs, innovative and traditional teaching-learning practices foster the mental agility, cultural fluency, and understanding of power dynamics and systemic inequities across diverse identities. These practices equip students to critically analyze, explore, and assess available solutions through an equity lens, empowering them to take effective action in an increasingly complex global context.

We welcome all students who seek to become career-ready professionals and leaders with both breadth and depth of study built on a foundation of social justice. Our model of learning is inspired by a legacy of women leaders and a commitment to student success. Our dedicated faculty bring deep disciplinary knowledge and industry experience to preparing each student to innovate and impact lives and careers. Our distinct learning formula deepens engagement with the greater community — both at work and in life.
