Graduation Application

When students are prepared to complete degree or certificate requirements, they must submit a Graduation Application form. Students are encouraged (not required) to submit their graduation application by the priority (or "soft") deadlines noted here:

• Students graduating in Fall 2026 should submit by May 5th, 2026
• Students graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 should submit by August 31st, 2026

Graduation applications may be submitted after the priority deadline has passed, but must be submitted no later than the final day of the term in which the student expects to graduate. Failure to submit by the end of the graduating term will result in a degree being awarded for a later term. 

Upon receipt of the graduation application, the registrar team will verify the student's eligibility for degree conferral and notify students of their degree clearance status in a timely manner.
