Healthcare Leadership and Management Minor

The Healthcare Leadership and Management minor equips students with the tools necessary for leading with confidence in various healthcare contexts, making a significant impact on the quality and delivery of healthcare services. Central to the minor is developing leadership and management competencies essential for working in healthcare settings, including effective communication, problem-solving, leading diverse teams, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect. Students will also develop an understanding of the policies that drive effective healthcare delivery and how the U.S. performs relative to other countries with distinct healthcare systems.
